Wood that's been marked by its travels in water has always fascinated me.
Natural wood that has migrated in the sea..... a log the river has ground along it's banks for many miles....
Most riveting for me are the remnants of mans hard work, stolen by the waters and carved into strange masterpieces by wind,water, and sand. It's as if nature has commented on our efforts, and then made it her own.
