Roast beast


Now, I know this doesn't hold a candle to a certain persons roast beef.... But it ain't bad.

Just a happy little chuck roast, seared off in a dutch oven on both sides. Then, a drenching with some tasty tomato and roasted red pepper soup (comes in a container from a local store, and I've never seen it anyplace else).

Slow roasted for an hour..... till it slices so easily. Tender and juicy..... near perfect.

Dinner.

Looks so tasty, my mouth started watering! Of course, I adore beef and can't have any for quite a while, so that probably has something to do with it!

Something that wonderful has to be so bad for you - I would offer to save you from it, but fear it is long gone goodness... lucky you.
