It's coming down a like a cow..... ah...... never mind. Lets just say its raining pretty good out there.
Lunch on a day like today has to meet certain standards. Deep flavor, and an even deeper fragrance to drive away the damp and gloom.
Sweet Italian sausage cooked slowly with a big handful of chopped sweet onions. Sweets and Sweets.... old fashioned comfort food.
Served on a fresh bun, dusted with corn meal on the outside and soft enough on the inside to soak up the heavenly juices.
Accompanied by Santana's Moonflower..... just what a gloomy rainy day calls for.
