I had a wild idea for a jewelry piece, using silver forks. Cutting, silver soldering, polishing, shaping.... into an unusual pendant that looks fitting for a vampire movie.
It was only on final polishing that I noticed some marks on the silver fork.... It might be silver plated. Heavy, but plated. I just can't tell for sure. It may also be fire scale from the high heat I used.
In any case, I won't list it. It will still go to the store, and probably won't last a week in the case there, but I can't be 100% certain of what it is.
Damn.
