A dark day for America

I had a light hearted post set to run this morning. A gentle, kidding one regarding a weekend off and wishes for enjoyment to each of my few readers.

Instead, it is 2:30 in the morning and I am reading that the largest wealth grab in history has just passed the US Senate and been sent to the President, who will surely sign it into law.

Friends, I cannot help but think this will be a turning point for America. An irretrievable decision that heads us towards a bitter time in our nation. I am saddened, deeply saddened, that our country has spawned the type of people that would do this to their fellow citizens.

The details will be debated for years to come, probably for generations, but I have a cold certainty inside me that this day will be marked in history with a somber note. The day American ideals suffered a mortal blow, and the day the light of liberty truly faded across this land.

I have to admit that I look at my kids and just feel sad. The America I grew up in and remember with love is not the same one that they will grow up in.

We are so, so fucked.

Spread the truth. It is not "stimulus"

It is -"swindle us"- as in, The swindleus package passed today......

I would like to hear every American refer to it by the accurate name.

And yet The Messiah will fly his Jet Air Force #1 to Denver to sign the piece of garbage into law....Why is he flying to Denver? So he can sign it in front of a Green Factory producing Solar Panels...at the cost of 20,000 gallons of fuel plus perks for him and his followers.

The guy is less than a month into office, and he's already breaking every 'change' her promised.
