For several years, our Christmas dinner were T-Bones. I've grilled outside in near-zero temps, in falling snow, ice and freezing rain. A good T-bone, medium rare beats turnkey or ham anyday.

I'm trying to convince my wife to go with Brigid's Rib Roast this year. Yummm!
