For me,  a good baked sweet potato is one of them.  A little butter, a little salt... and a fork.   I feel the same about  Idaho bakers, and will sometimes settle down to a meal of nothing more complicated than one simple potato, with a pat of butter.It's reminder of a simpler time, as I grew up on a farm. It wasn't created in Photoshop, but with camera techniques.  It's a long term exposure (20 seconds) on a deck lit only by a kitchen window.  Having set the camera and begun the exposure, I sat down for a counted ten seconds and then removed myself from the scene. Scoop out the seeds, and fill the core with raisins.  Add a few drops of clover honey, a teaspoon of bourbon, and a teaspoon of water to each.  Bake on the upper rack of the grill for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
